Mon-Fri 8am-6pm: £80.00 + Vat call out fee including first hour then £40.00 + Vat per hour thereafter
Mon-Fri 6pm-9pm: £90.00 + Vat call out fee including first hour then £40.00 + Vat per hour thereafter
Sat 8am-6pm: £120.00 + Vat call out fee including first hour then £60.00 + Vat per hour thereafter
Sundays, Bank holidays
and all other times: £120.00 + Vat call out fee including first hour then £120.00 + Vat per hour thereafter
At BCE we understand that no two jobs are the same which is why we offer competitive prices specified to your requirements, free estimates and free advice.
Our rates for emergency call outs do not necessarily represent a standard hourly rate.
We will do our best to complete all call out work within the specified time period, however we can make no guarantees that a fault can be diagnosed and rectified without finding further issues.
If further issues are found upon carrying out the work and should further investigation be needed we will notify you immediately. We are likely to arrange a time during the course of a normal working week which is both mutually agreed and cheaper for the customer to re-visit and rectify any faults.
In accordance with The Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work Regulations 2008, by requesting an emergency electrician you are waiving your right to a cooling off period and as such, payment in full will be required upon completion of work.
