This Hove property benefits from the wonderfully high ceilings that can be seen throughout Brighton & Hove and prove great for space saving ideas such as this mezzanine sleeping area.

We worked alongside a local builder to make alterations to the existing small power and lighting circuits in order to best suit the new layout. Recessed Led spotlights were installed under the bed to give great light to a now dark area due to the bed blocking out the existing light from a central ceiling rose. 

The existing ceiling rose was replaced and another added to the far end of the room with the use of a draping flex cable effect. 

Electric underfloor heat mat was laid throughout the room to add a subtle warmth to our clients new white wood flooring for those colder mornings.
